Yes. Anyone who can view a meeting report can download it, unless their Workspace has disabled report downloads. Click Download towards the top right of the report to open a drop down menu, and clicking any option starts the download for that section. You can only download video as an .mp4 if video playback was enabled on the report and you are on the Enterprise plan.

Cancellation is self-serve for individual users. Log in and go to the Plan and Billing page (app.read.ai/analytics/settings/billing), click Cancel plan, then click Downgrade to Free. After that you will not be charged again, but you keep access to paid features through the remainder of your billing period. Users in a Workspace have limited access and need to contact the Workspace owner to cancel.
