Reporting a correction. Send the fact you are disputing, plus a source and a date. We change a status only on dated, checkable evidence, so the source is the part that matters most.

A vendor response. If you run a tool we track, send an official reply or flag a fact that is now out of date. We link your response on the tool's page and update the date.

Press or research. Ask about the method, the ranking, the open dataset, or a single verdict. The dataset is reusable under CC BY 4.0 with attribution.

You do not need to email us to keep an eye on a tool. Subscribe to alerts on any status page and we send a note when the status changes.

Alerts are double opt-in, so you confirm before anything is sent. We store your email and nothing else. No IP address, no cookies, no third-party trackers.

Verdict is run by the editor. The operating entity, registered address, and governing law will be listed here once confirmed.

We read every message. We cannot promise a reply to all of them, but a correction with a source is always reviewed.
