The Free plan is for teams of up to 10 people and stays free for an unlimited amount of time. Each user gets 5 meeting recording credits total (a lifetime allowance, not monthly); each credit records and transcribes one meeting with an AI-generated summary. Meeting notes themselves are not capped, but on the free plan you can only access notes created in the last 14 days. Older notes are preserved but inaccessible until you upgrade, at which point you regain access to all historical notes.

Yes. Once a meeting is recorded, you can download the recap from the recording view (the option is in the top-right corner of the video) and choose what to export: the video, the transcript, or the full recap. A workspace admin can enable or disable the download option in Workspace Settings.

Only a workspace admin can cancel a subscription. You can see when the downgrade takes effect in Workspace Settings > Plans & Billing, which is admin-only. If you cancel mid-cycle you keep full access to your paid features until the scheduled end date of the current billing period, then the workspace moves to the Free plan. No data is lost: all notes, recordings, and meeting history are preserved, but you lose access to paid-plan-specific features.
