Cancellation is self-serve: open Workspace Billing and click Turn off auto-renewal, at least two business days before the renewal date. VEED states that cancelling does not result in a refund; it only stops further charges. Any remaining AI Credit allowance stays usable until the end of the billing period, then it is removed.
