Contacts can be selected and exported to a CSV file, and the help center says the contacts list feature is available on all plans, including the free version. Tidio exports only the properties currently displayed in the contacts list.

Cancellation is self-serve: go to Settings > Billing, open the Subscription tab, and use the Cancel subscription button at the bottom. After you confirm, the subscription is ended and no new charges take place. Plus and Premium subscribers with custom packages may need to email their dedicated manager or [email protected] to change their subscription.
