Cancellation is self-serve from the account Billing menu on Starter and Creator plans; Enterprise customers with a signed Order Form must contact their account team instead. Access lasts until the end of the current billing period. After that, users lose access to Synthesia and all videos in the account, so Synthesia tells users to export any videos they want to keep before the period ends.
