Customers can export lead and campaign data themselves as CSV from the app, via Campaign > Lead list > Filter > Download as CSV or Campaign > Inbox > Filter > Download as CSV. The inbox export includes fields like sent time, opened time, clicked time, reply message, open count and unsubscribe status.

Subscriptions automatically renew for another subscription period unless you notify Smartlead, and termination only takes effect at the end of the current subscription period. The terms state that, to the extent permitted by law, fees already paid are non-refundable if you cancel mid-period.
