Yes, customers can export their data. From a meeting, the Export button downloads the transcript in PDF, HTML, DOCX, or Markdown format. The meeting recording can be downloaded as an MP3 audio file and the video recording as an MP4. Meeting data such as Meeting Notes can also be pushed to a preferred tool like Google Drive through an Automation, and you can then share access to that folder.

Cancellation is self-serve in the app: Settings > Billing > Manage > Cancel Subscription, then specify a reason and confirm; the cancellation is automatic. Plan benefits stay active until the end of the current billing period, and the subscription auto-renews unless you cancel. Sembly does not provide refunds for purchased monthly or annual subscriptions; it can only stop future payments and freeze the remaining balance on your Sembly account.
