You cancel it yourself: click your name, open Manage subscription, then Cancel subscription, and the plan stays active until the end of the current billing cycle. A refund is possible only if you have used fewer than 30 credits over the account's lifetime and your last payment was within the past 30 days; cancel first, then email [email protected], and any refund goes to the original payment method.
