You cancel Qodo's auto-renewal yourself, but you must unsubscribe at least 14 days before the current subscription period ends to stop the next charge. Fees already paid are non-refundable, except that Qodo gives a pro-rated refund of unused prepaid fees if it ends your account through no fault of yours.
