Yes. In Analytics, click Export to and choose Export view as PDF or Export view as Excel/CSV to download your reports; Post Insights, Competitor Analysis, and Hashtag Analytics can be exported the same way. Only PDF reports can be sent automatically on a schedule, not Excel/CSV.

You cancel it yourself under Settings > Billing > Cancel or pause subscription > Cancel Subscription, and you keep the paid version until your billing period ends. You also have 24 hours to resubscribe without losing data. On web payments you have 14 days to request a full refund; after that only a pro-rated refund is possible and the yearly discount is waived.
