You can download a presentation as a PDF using the Share button in the editor, but PDF download works only on the Plus, Pro, Premium, and Teams plans. Download as PowerPoint (.pptx) is also available.

You cancel yourself in Account Settings on the License tab by clicking Cancel Subscription and answering a short questionnaire; you then get a confirmation email. Cancelling stops the recurring payment and the license stays active until the current subscription ends, after which it expires and your presentations remain in your account.
