You cancel it yourself: use the Cancel subscription button on your profile page, or switch back to the free Basic plan on the Pricing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle (week, month, or year) and there is no pro-rated refund. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled.
