Customers can export contacts as a CSV file. All contacts are exported from Audience, then Exports; segments and tags can also be exported from their own sections, and a single profile from its page. Bulk exports are stored in the Exports tab for download. A single profile export arrives by email with a download link that stays valid for 24 hours.

Cancellation is self serve: Store Settings, then Pricing and usage, then the Plan overview tab, then Cancel or Downgrade to the Free Plan. The paid plan stays active until the end of the current billing cycle. On downgrade no refund is issued; unused credit applies to future invoices. Data stays accessible in read-only mode on the free plan, but the account is deleted automatically after 6 months without a login.
