You can download your transcript and the original audio (MP3 format). Supported text file formats are TXT, DOCX, PDF, EXCEL (.xlsx), and SRT. You can also select multiple records in your dashboard and export them in batches of up to 10 records at a time.

You cancel it yourself by logging in to the Notta web version on a computer: click your profile image, open Billing, then click the Cancel subscription button at the bottom and confirm. Cancel at least 24 hours before the next billing date to avoid being charged again. You keep the paid plan until the end of the current billing cycle. If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, you can only cancel through that store instead.
