Only Owners and Admins can export audiences, exports stay available in the account for 30 days, and contact exports do not include email report data like open and click rates.

Cancellation is self-serve: profile icon, Account & billing, Settings, Manage my plan, then Delete my account, with any outstanding balance paid first; deletion is permanent and removes all data tied to audiences, campaign archives, and reports. Instead of deleting, a Marketing plan can be paused for 3 or 6 months (up to 2 pauses every 12 months) to stop monthly billing while keeping data.
