Cancellation is self-serve. Stripe (web) subscribers cancel via Manage my subscription then Cancel subscription then Go to Stripe to manage. iOS subscribers cancel in Settings under Subscriptions (or via the App Store Apple account). Android subscribers cancel in Google Play subscriptions. After cancellation, the Paid Service term expires at the end of the current billing cycle. Once a Paid Service is activated, the fee paid for it is non-refundable.
