You cancel yourself on the Subscription page: open Invoices and Payment Methods (the billing portal) and click Cancel plan. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and if eligible you can choose End subscription immediately and get a refund. Subscribers through the App Store or Google Play must cancel through Apple or Google.
