Leads, campaign analytics, email account lists, and the blocklist can be exported as CSV downloads. Campaign sequences are exported via the API or copied to another workspace with a share link, and Unibox replies can only be bulk exported via the API. Export requires an active main subscription, so Instantly tells users to export important data before the plan expires.

Cancellation is self-serve under Settings > Billing, where each subscription type (Email Outreach, Instantly Credits, CRM, Inbox Placement) has its own tab with a Cancel Plan button and must be canceled separately. If you cancel your only plan it stays active until the end of the billing cycle, but if you have multiple active subscriptions the canceled plan ends immediately.
