HireVue has no self-serve free plan or public price for employers. The pricing page only names an Essential package and a Premium package and tells you to request a demo for a quote; it says the platform is free for candidates.

Per the Master Service Agreement (Section 5.3), you can get a copy of your data (Buyer Data) from HireVue's servers only if you ask in writing on or before the termination or expiration date; HireVue then deletes it. 30 days after the contract ends, HireVue has no responsibility to keep copies.
