Any recording can be downloaded as an MP4 file. From the dashboard, select the meeting, click the three dots, and choose Download Video. The same three dots menu works on a shared call link. MP3 download is listed as coming soon.

Individual Premium is cancelled self-serve: log in, open Settings, scroll to Premium Features, choose Downgrade to Free, and click Cancel Plan. The subscription ends at the end of the current billing cycle with no further charges. Immediate cancellation requires emailing [email protected], and Team plan cancellation goes through [email protected].
