You can export your data yourself from Settings > Privacy > Export data in the web or desktop app. The export includes your conversations and account data and arrives as a download link by email that works for 24 hours after it is sent. Free, Pro and Max users can run it; for Team and Enterprise only the org Primary Owner can.

You cancel yourself in Settings > Billing > Cancel on the web or desktop app. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then. To avoid the next charge, cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date.
