Customers can export contacts and their attributes as a CSV file from CRM > Contacts, choosing a comma or semicolon separator, then download the file from in-app notifications or have a download link emailed to the account owner's address. Daily exports were deprecated on May 30, 2025.

Cancellation is self-serve: the account owner, or a user with plan and billing permissions, cancels any time from the My plan page, and the account downgrades to the Free plan at the end of the current billing period. One exception: a yearly Professional plan can only be cancelled through a support ticket.
