Avoma has no permanent free recording plan. New accounts get a 14-day free trial of the Organization plan with all add-ons enabled and no credit card required. After that, viewers and collaborators stay free (they can watch recordings, view notes and transcripts, comment and share) but cannot record or transcribe new meetings without a paid Recorder Seat. The cheapest paid plan is Startup at 19 dollars per recorder seat per month billed annually (29 dollars per recorder seat per month billed monthly).

Customers can download their meeting data. From a meeting, open the three-dot More options menu in the top-right corner and select Download. You choose Video (the full recording), Audio (audio only), or Transcript. The transcript downloads as a VTT file or a plain TXT file. Only the meeting Host, a Participant, an Admin, or a Manager of the Host can download.

Removing paid seats or downgrading is self-serve in the dashboard under Settings then Members, where an admin changes a user's seat from Recorder to Free (Basic) or deactivates the user. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle, not immediately. Avoma does not offer mid-cycle refunds for unused seats.
