You can export an interactive dashboard to PDF (choose the Export icon, then Generate PDF). Individual table and pivot table visuals can export to CSV or Microsoft Excel, either visible fields or all fields. Exporting a whole dashboard to CSV is not supported.

You cancel by deleting the subscription yourself in the console: profile icon, Manage Quick, Account settings, then Account termination (or the direct unsubscribe link). It is immediate and permanent, deletes all dashboards, datasets, users and data across every AWS region, and cannot be undone by you or AWS. You need an Admin role; no refund is mentioned.
