Yes. You can export reports and tables by clicking the Export button and choosing the number of rows and the format. Formats are CSV and Google Sheets. Every plan has a monthly export-rows limit, and the max rows per export depends on your plan; you can check usage under Account settings > Limits and usage.

Cancellation is self-serve: go to Account Settings > Billing > Subscriptions and follow the prompts. Cancelling ends the subscription at the end of the current billing cycle (the day before your next billing date), after which the account drops to the free tier and no further charges happen unless you resubscribe.
