There is no free plan listed, only a free trial. The trial lets you test the platform with as many contacts as you need and up to 100 email sends, and its features match the Professional plan. The trial period is 14 days, though ActiveCampaign says it can extend it on request, and trials are limited to 1 user.

Customers on any plan (Starter, Plus, Pro, Enterprise) can export all contacts to a CSV file from the Contacts page and download it from the Exports page, where the download link stays valid for 7 days. The CSV includes custom fields, lead scores and deal scores, with tags in a single column, but contact notes cannot be exported.

The Primary Admin can cancel self-serve in the app: profile > Billing & Upgrade > Edit payment method > Cancel my account, then Confirm cancellation on the final screen. Depending on the plan, you may be asked to schedule a free 1:1 session during the flow, and monthly payers can pause billing instead. On Commit Annually Pay Monthly plans you must contact the Customer Experience team and cancellation takes effect at the end of the annual subscription period.
