Xembly was a Seattle-based "AI chief of staff" whose assistant, Xena, joined meetings to transcribe and summarize them, resolved calendar scheduling conflicts, and tracked action items, with integrations for Slack, Google Calendar and Zoom. Founded in 2020 by Pete Christothoulou, it raised about 20M USD and counted Salesforce, Qualtrics and Twilio among customers.

The service is no longer operating. Move your workflow before you lose access.
Customer-facing service ended June 1, 2024, two days after the May 30 announcement; users were told to download videos and share summaries by May 31, 2024, and accounts became inaccessible after that. There is nothing left to export now, so treat any meeting notes stored only in Xembly as lost. Cancel any remaining card-on-file billing, and do not sign in at xembly.com: the lapsed domain now hosts an unrelated betting site.
