AscendEX has shut down.
AscendEX (formerly BitMax) was a centralized cryptocurrency exchange offering spot and margin trading, staking and altcoin listings. It ceased operations on July 1, 2026.
The service is no longer operating. Move your workflow before you lose access.
Trading is closed and automatic withdrawals stopped on July 6, 2026; every withdrawal request now goes through manual review with no guaranteed timing or amounts, and the exchange has warned that insolvency proceedings could affect unresolved balances. Submit a withdrawal request, complete any KYC updates, and download your transaction history now while account access for offboarding remains available. The offboarding notice also lets users file complaints and contact support through the platform.
